Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wake Industrial MSK040C-0450-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner--Swasey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner--Swasey such as the 894051835 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2G1024VBR18 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 01036XT3E215T by Manufacturer Weg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Walter Brand G201210R3T16SXP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as ES2604NL11219 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7562000 made by Web-Printing as well as the popular 5264C10H06T original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XW100PA3 by Wenglor and ES2604NL11219 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2045A41G03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
